Return Instructions – Important Information
A. Authorisation to Drive
By handing over your vehicle keys you authorise Park and Go to drive your vehicle to and from its parking compounds and the airport terminals in accordance with the agreed service. Accordingly:
- The Customer agrees to hold Park and Go, its employees, and appointed agents harmless against any events occurring on public roads beyond their reasonable control.
- The Company shall not be liable for losses or damages arising from incidents such as collisions with uninsured drivers or windscreen damage caused by flying debris.
- The Customer is responsible for ensuring such risks are covered by their own vehicle insurance.
B. Severability
If any term within this contract is deemed unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement shall continue in full effect.
C. Limitation of Liability
Park and Go accepts no responsibility for consequential loss, including but not limited to loss of earnings, enjoyment, or profit. The Company will not be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to civil disturbances, terrorism, strikes, severe weather, or airport congestion.
D. Insurance Limits
Our drivers are fully insured to operate customer vehicles up to a value of £50,000. Customers with vehicles exceeding this value may still use our service; however, any claim amount beyond £50,000 will not be covered by the Company.
E. Temporary Parking
Due to variable flight and arrival times, Park and Go may temporarily store vehicles in short-stay car parks. While reasonable care will be taken, the Company cannot accept liability for loss or damage caused by third parties while the vehicle is in these locations.
F. Vehicle Security
While Park and Go maintains secure compounds and key safes, vehicles and their contents are left entirely at the owner’s risk. The Company’s liability for loss or damage applies only when negligence or willful misconduct by Park and Go or its employees is proven.
G. Vehicle Inspection
Customers must inspect their vehicles upon collection in the presence of our driver. The Company cannot accept any damage claims once the vehicle has left its custody.
H. Delayed Inspection
If a customer cannot inspect the vehicle before leaving the terminal, they must notify a senior Park and Go representative immediately. Failure to do so may invalidate any later claims.
I. Breakdown Assistance
If the Customer’s vehicle experiences mechanical failure and requires retrieval, the Company reserves the right to charge for recovery and related expenses.
J. Additional Costs
The Company will not accept liability for costs relating to hotel stays, vehicle hire, or similar expenses.
K. Lost Keys
In the event of a lost key due to proven negligence by the Company, Park and Go will cover the cost of replacement up to £200. This does not include locks or other keys attached to the ring.
L. Keys Policy
Customers are required to provide two vehicle keys—one retained by the Customer and one handed to the Company. The Company does not accept liability for faulty or damaged key fobs or accessories.
M. Repair Authorisation
The Company will not authorise repairs or dealership work independently without written agreement.
2. Company Liability
Park and Go takes every precaution to ensure the safety of vehicles and keys under its care. Liability will only apply when damage or loss is proven to have occurred due to Company negligence.
- Claims must be reported immediately upon vehicle return, before departure from the terminal.
- Written confirmation of the damage must be signed by both the driver and the customer.
If liability is accepted, Park and Go reserves the right to select an approved repairer, ensuring work meets professional insurance standards.

- Damage caused by natural elements.

4. Complaints Procedure
